Linny began her search career at Heidrick & Struggles in Los Angeles before later joining its San Francisco office. As an executive search professional with more than 20 years of experience, she has focused on executive and management positions in a variety of industries, but has a special passion for searches in the nonprofit and philanthropy sectors. Linny graduated with a bachelor’s degree in theater from Pomona College. |

| Personal Passions: Linny is a singer/songwriter and takes pride in a number of projects she has worked on making music with children. She is married and has two children, Peter (15) and Callie (12). She lives with her family in the Pinehurst neighborhood of Seattle. | |
