Heidi Holzhauer

Heidi’s broad background allows her to move easily through diverse worlds, whether working with senators in Washington, DC; assisting with development of regulatory programs for energy in California; or identifying leaders in affordable housing, human services, healthcare, and philanthropic organizations. With fourteen years of experience in the search industry, she began her executive search career at Heidrick & Struggles. Heidi graduated with a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Puget Sound.
Community Commitment: Board member for North Bay chapter of Summer Search, a national youth development nonprofit; volunteer precinct worker for elections; volunteer for Napa Valley Wine Auction; and member of the St. Helena auxiliary board for the Community Foundation for the Napa Valley.
Personal Passions: Film (favorite movies: Harold and Maude, The Big Lebowski, Sense and Sensibility, The Best Years of Our Lives); talking about Summer Search; cooking a meal and sharing a bottle of wine (particularly Spottswoode sauvignon blanc) with family and friends.
